EIS Return policy
Our commitment is your satisfaction. To ensure customer fulfillment, we have a 21 day return policy from the date shipment was received by the customer. Please follow these simple steps to ensure easy correspondence:
Merchandise Authorization number RMA #: Terms and conditions
1. All returned items must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please complete the form below or E-mail or fax the form to our customer service department at customerservice@iesdistribution.com
2. IES requires customer to fill the request form below to obtain a RMA #
3. IES will provide the RMA # within 24 hours after we receive the form. IES customer service is available Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST
4. All merchandise must be returned within 10 business days after receipt of RMA #
5. The RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container and the contents must match the RMA Request Form. Failure to meet this requirement may result in delay to process credit and/or replacement.
6. IES does not accept freight collect packages, we recommend that you insure the package and return the item to us by First Class mail, DHL, UPS or Federal Express.
7. Merchandise must be securely wrapped and placed in a shipping container provided by IES or one similar. Please avoid using the manufacturer’s original box to ship your return.
8. Include all merchandise and accessories (cables, diskettes, manual, etc.)
9. Merchandise must be in its original condition. Any return that is not in its original condition may be returned to you. This may result in a partial credit for the return.

Although our goal is to provide you with the best customer satisfaction experience, our full refund policy is limited to the following conditions. We cannot accept the return if:
• Merchandise is a special order
• Merchandise is not received in its original condition; “New”
• If merchandise is missing parts or damaged due to shipping or abuse
• Return was made without RMA #
• Any software product that has been opened and is not in its original plastic wrap
